Membership Subscription Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the membership program offered by Essential Living Center LLC, dba: Somnus Haven, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Fee and Billing:

  • The membership fee is $19 per month, billed annually.
  • Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided upon registration.
  • Renewal of membership will occur annually, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Membership Benefits:

  • Upon joining the membership program, members will receive a gift of their choice from a selection of premium bedding accessories
  • A 10% discounts on all purchases
  • Each year upon renewal, members will receive a new gift.
  • Members gain access to exclusive monthly events

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Refunds for membership fees will not be provided for partial subscription periods.
  • Upon cancellation, membership benefits will cease, access to exclusive events, discounts, and gifts will be discontinued.

Membership Renewal:

  • Membership will automatically renew annually, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Members will be notified prior to the renewal date and given the opportunity to cancel or update their subscription.

Account Information:

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and payment information.
  • Essential Living Center LLC, dba: Somnus Haven is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the member.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Essential Living Center LLC, dba: Somnus Haven reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions, and continued use of the membership program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
